Shipping & Return policy
We send our products via DHL.
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same working day. The delivery time is usually two working days to Germany and Belgium; delivery within the Netherlands is usually the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not working days.
The shipping costs are 5.95 euros up to a weight of 20 kg.
For orders that are heavier than 20 kg, the shipping costs are 9.95 euros.
As soon as the order is on the way, we will send you the tracking number by email.
If one or more working days have passed since the order date and you have not yet received a dispatch notification, please send a message by e-mail to: [email protected].

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VOF Luizenkliniek Den Haag, Willem Pijperstraat 31, 2551 CH, Den Haag, The Netherlands, [email protected], phone: +31 707434788) by means of a clear statement (e.g. one sent by post Letter, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample return form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to De Luizenkliniek (Willem Pijperstraat 31, 2551 CH Den Haag, the Netherlands) immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right of cancellation does not exist for the following contracts:
* Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
